Access to NEXUS GRID is granted under this charter. Use the network and you accept its terms.

This charter is the agreement between you, the operative, and NEXUS GRID (operating as NGGameGuid). It governs how you may access and use the network, what you can do with the intelligence we publish, and the limits of our responsibility. By loading any page on the Grid you accept these terms in full. If you do not accept them, disconnect and do not use the network.
Who we are
NEXUS GRID is an independent editorial intelligence network covering games. We publish datacrons — long-form teardowns — each carrying a computed Power Level out of 100 and four sub-metric readouts. We are a publication, not a storefront. We do not sell games, host downloads, or broker transactions of any kind.
Editorial independence
Every datacron, Power Level and sub-metric on the Grid is editorial opinion, produced independently and offered for informational purposes. Our scores reflect the considered judgement of the network at the time of writing and may be recalibrated as titles patch and evolve. Nothing on the Grid is a guarantee of how any product will perform on your own hardware.
Fiction notice
All titles, studios, characters, mechanics, lore and publish dates described in our reviews are fictional and created expressly for NEXUS GRID. Names such as Neon Syndicate, Ashen Crown, Zero-G Velocity, Echoes of the Deep, Chrono-Shifters and Harvest Protocol — and their studios — are inventions of the network. Any resemblance to real-world products, companies or persons is entirely coincidental and unintended.
Fair use of intelligence
You may read, link to, and quote brief excerpts of our datacrons for commentary, criticism or news, provided you attribute the material to NEXUS GRID and link back to the source dossier. You may not republish full datacrons, mirror the archive, present our Power Levels or copy as your own work, or use any part of the Grid to train commercial models without written permission.
Acceptable use of the network
Access the Grid for its intended purpose: reading intelligence and contacting the network. You agree not to probe, scan or stress the infrastructure; not to deploy automated agents to scrape the archive at scale; not to attempt to bypass access controls; and not to interfere with another operative's use of the site. Excessive automated traffic may be rate-limited or blocked.
Conduct on the channel
When you submit through our comms or subscription forms, transmit only information you are entitled to share. Do not send malicious payloads, spam, harassment, unlawful content, or impersonate another person or organisation. We may discard, retain or report any submission at our discretion where it is abusive or violates applicable law.
Intellectual property
The NEXUS GRID name, the NGGameGuid mark, the datacron format, the Power Level scoring system, and all original text, layout and code on this site are the property of the network and are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Nothing in this charter transfers ownership of any of it to you.
User submissions
You retain ownership of the content you send us. By submitting it, you grant NEXUS GRID a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and process that content for the purpose of responding to you and operating the relevant service, in line with our data protocol.
Availability & changes
The Grid is provided strictly on an as-is and as-available basis. We work to keep the network online, accurate and current, but we make no guarantee of uninterrupted access, freedom from errors, or that any datacron is complete or up to date. We may add, alter, suspend or retire any part of the network at any time without notice.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NEXUS GRID is not liable for any loss or damage — direct, indirect or incidental — arising from your use of, or inability to use, the network or any intelligence published on it. You use the Grid, and act on its opinions, at your own discretion and risk.

Where the Grid links to outside resources, those destinations are beyond our control. We are not responsible for their content, accuracy or practices, and a link is not an endorsement.
Governing terms
This charter, together with the data protocol, is the entire agreement between you and the network regarding your use of the Grid. If any single clause is found unenforceable, the remaining clauses stay in full force.
This charter may be updated as the network evolves; the version marker above tracks revisions, and continued use after a change means you accept it. Questions belong on the comms channel.
